This document describes the policy that governs the information we process to support the Scenery application, website and services. When you choose to share the information below with us, we collect and use it to operate our services. Information you choose to submit

Account Information

When you create an account, you must provide us with some personal data so that we can provide our services to you. This includes a username, a password, and an email address or phone number. We also collect the content you create, upload, or receive from others when using our services. This includes videos, photos, text and other digital assets you save and comments you make on projects.

Contact Information and Third Party Services

We use contact information, such as your email address or phone number, to authenticate your account and keep it secure. We also use contact information to enable you to connect with others on the service. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from the service to that number as your country's laws allow. We also use your contact information to market to you as your country's laws allow, and to help others find your account if your settings permit, including through third-party services and client applications. You can use your phones' settings for mobile notifications to control notifications you receive from Tensil. You can sign up with an account from another service like Twitter, Google, or Facebook, or connect your account to these other services. If you do, we will use information from that service, including your email address, to so that we can provide our services to you.

Video, photos, text and other digital assets

We provide certain features that let you create and share content as well as communicate and control who sees your content. When you communicate with others, we will store and process your communications and information related to them. When you interact with others, remember that recipients have their own copy of your communications, even if you delete your copy of those messages from your account, which they may download, duplicate, etc..

Surveys

We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal information.

Payment Information

We may sell services or merchandise through our Services. When you make purchases through the Services, we may process your payments through a third-party application, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play App Store, Amazon App Store, social networking sites such as Facebook, and/or payment processing services such as Stripe. The third-party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Tensil, including your name, email address, address, payment card information, and other billing information. Tensil does not store or receive your payment information, but it may store and receive information associated with your payment information (e.g., your billing details).

Affiliates and Change of Ownership

  1. To provide our services. We use your information to deliver our services, like creating groups and capturing and sharing media.
  2. To Maintain & improve our services. We also use your information to ensure our services are working as intended, such as tracking issues or troubleshooting issues that you report to us. And we use your information to make improvements to our services — for example, understanding connectivity issues impacting uploading video.
  3. To Develop new features. We use the information we collect to develop features and services.
